Shipping policy

General Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can – usually within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.

It is important to us that your order reaches you in perfect condition. As such, we will endeavour to package in such a way as to protect items during the delivery process.

Demand for some titles can be high. All orders are processed in order in which they are received. Sometimes a product can go out of stock with us at our shop before we are able to reflect this on our website. If this does happen after your order has been placed, we will contact you to explain this and advise you of the steps we are taking to fulfil your order. If we are unable to source additional stock within an acceptable timescale we will refund your order.

Pre-Orders

We aim to dispatch all pre-order titles on or around the date of publication. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, there might be a delay. Should this be the case, we will contact you to let you know.

If your order contains a combination of in stock and pre-order, not yet published titles, we will usually hold the order and dispatch when all titles are in stock. If you would like us to release parts of your order sooner, please contact us to arrange an additional postage and packaging payment.

UK Delivery

Postage pricing will be calculated based on basket size and value.

Standard postage is set at £3.99 for orders up to 2kg. Free postage is, however triggered for orders of £50.00 or more.

Express postage is also available.

International Delivery

Postage to the EU has a standard shipping charge of £14.99, and is usually delivered within 3-7 working days.

For the rest of the world, there is a standard shipping charge of £24.99, and we ask to allow 10 working days for this.

Collect in Store

Customers are also welcome to collect their online order from our shop. Please select the relevent option at the point of purchase.
